This policy covers the public 961 Developments website, ARZE, consultation contact actions, and privacy choices. Separate authenticated tools such as the dashboard and CRM process authorized business records under access controls appropriate to those services.

Information we handle
Information you provide
If you speak with ARZE, the service processes the messages or voice transcription needed to answer you. If you provide contact or project details, those details may be stored as a lead and sent to the 961 Developments team. Voice audio is processed to produce a transcription and response; it is not stored in browser cookies.
The contact page prepares an email or WhatsApp message on your device. It does not submit the form contents to this website before sending you to the channel you choose.
Technical and security information
Servers may process IP address, request time, browser headers, requested route, rate-limit counters, and anti-bot assessment results to operate and secure the service. Security logs exclude raw CAPTCHA tokens, passwords, and ARZE conversation contents.
Optional measurement
With analytics permission, we measure page views, service interest, contact-action clicks, Growth Package interest, and ARZE launch or engagement. We do not send chat messages, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or project descriptions to analytics providers.
How information is used
- Provide requested website, ARZE, voice, contact, and consultation experiences.

- Protect AI resources, authentication, and infrastructure from abuse.

Your choices and requests

Retention varies by purpose. Security sessions expire automatically. Consent choices last 180 days. ARZE browser continuity lasts only for the current tab when enabled. Business enquiries and records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, security, legal, and operational purposes.
