The package includes a professional website, the Arze AI assistant, SEO setup, domain, hosting, ongoing maintenance, 24/7 monitoring of the website and connected system, high-standard security protection for the website and dashboard, enterprise cookie consent and privacy preference management, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise and layered anti-bot protection, and a dashboard for managing website content, Arze's approved business knowledge, receipts, invoices, and payment requests. The website may serve B2B, B2C, or both through separate portals. Where e-commerce is included, it may support a cart, cash-on-delivery orders, automatic emails, and receipts.

The installment option begins with a $400 first payment, followed by twelve monthly payments of $50 each. The $400 first payment is separate from, and is not counted as, one of the twelve monthly payments. Monthly due dates remain fixed according to the agreed schedule even when a payment is made early. After the twelve monthly payments are completed, the service renews at $100 per year.

Instead of the installment option, the client may choose one one-time payment of $800. The first year of hosting, maintenance, and monitoring is included. Starting from the second year, the service renews at $100 per year.

For either payment option, the first year of hosting, ongoing maintenance, 24/7 monitoring, and continued security upkeep is included. Beginning with the second year, a total annual fee of $100 keeps the website, dashboard, hosting, maintenance, monitoring, security upkeep, and agreed managed services active. The annual fee is due on the saved yearly renewal date.

The package covers the agreed website scope and the included capabilities listed above. Extra custom modules, third-party services, integrations, unusually large catalogues, or requirements outside the agreed package scope are quoted and approved separately before work begins.

The client will provide accurate business information, branding, content, product or service details, and timely approvals. Delivery timing may change when required materials, feedback, access, or approvals are delayed.

Hosting, domain administration, ongoing maintenance, 24/7 monitoring of the website and connected system, and high-standard security protections for the website and dashboard are provided as part of the agreed package service. The package includes a consent management system for applicable cookies and browser storage, a cookie settings interface, and the related website disclosures. It also includes Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise risk assessment and layered server-side anti-bot controls for agreed public forms, Arze entry points, and authentication workflows where those features exist. Security includes appropriate access controls, secure configuration, validation, rate limiting, updates, and protective measures within the agreed scope. Optional analytics, advertising platforms, paid third-party usage, new features, custom modules, and third-party services beyond the included implementation are configured or priced separately when requested.

For the installment option, a missed payment may pause work, maintenance, hosting, Arze, or other managed services until the account is brought up to date. This does not remove amounts already due under the accepted twelve-month payment schedule.

Payments cover reserved work, delivered work, and operated services and are non-refundable once the corresponding work or service period has begun, except where 961 Developments agrees otherwise in writing.

By confirming the agreement and making the selected first or one-time payment, the client confirms the chosen payment option, the included scope, the payment schedule, and these terms.
